SpeakYourMind.com.au "is a consumer to corporate direct feedback loop" that was publicised on Channel Ten News this evening. You can log in, make a comment about a company or organisation you like (or hate) and others can read what you have to say. Immediately.

Uptake following the broadcast was rapid. I posted one positive and one negative comment and within minutes a dozen people had viewed my words. "Now you can keep your sanity in 3 easy steps", affirms the Web site.

I can see how companies could exploit this technology. You could also see it deployed within a company, enabling individual departments or employees to be judged by their internal customers.

It's like a one-stop mega-blog.
