Earth Hour, which I covered one day after and two days after has so far been picked up by three overseas media outlets. As far as I can tell from Googling it.

In addition to the BBC and Al Jazeera, which I've already mentioned in the last post on this topic, there's Voice of America, whose reporter Phil Mercer covered it on the ground. As did the BBC. Al Jazeera relied on syndicated feeds.

As with the BBC and my report, VOA notes the two new prevailing concerns of the electorate:

A long-standing drought and serious water shortages in Australia have focused much attention on climate change in this election year.

Al Jazeera did not mention these two issues in its report.
